Had a great 4-night stay! The rooms are spacious, the service is incredibly welcoming, and breakfast was a hit every morning. It’s in a super convenient spot—very easy to catch a quick Uber to Chapultepec Park or El Zócalo, plus plenty of restaurants and shops right nearby. I don't usually book Holiday Inns at home, but this one really impressed me! The only minor downside was the lack of a mini-fridge, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was incredible. I'm from the US and I most always stay at Holiday Inns. The breakfast here was distinctly Mexican but had American fare too. It was WELL organized and Maria Jose ran that kitchen like a Marine. Clean, lots lots of service workers unlike in the States where you may get two people working the buffet if you're lucky
As expected service is good, kind and fast. The location on Av. Reforma is great and with views and access to all sorts of amenities
I’ve stayed in the other Holiday Inns around town, this one is average to those, except the TVs are laughably small for a modern chain hotel. A couple of movie channels, only one ESPN. The location is a busy area, if you don’t need a modern mall right next door, the other locations are more quiet and I felt a bit more welcoming.
Rooms are average, but the friendly bilingual staff and close proximity to everything downtown was perfect. We stayed here and was lucky enough to be on the día de los muertos parade which was an outstanding event to attend.
Overall good for price hotel. Decent rooms and fairly good breakfast. Temperature control is messed up too cold or too hot but workable (i went in spring) so wasn't a big issue. Not sure how bad it is in summers or winters
This is my hotel to stay when I'm in Mexico City for business. I really like that just next door you have Reforma 222 mall and Reforma avenue just outside the hotel. Rooms are clean and functional; internet is fast for work and for video calls with my family. The express breakfast is nice, more variety than in the typical Holiday Inn Express in the United States, I really enjoy it. But if you want something else, you can just walk to the mall and there are a lot of options for breakfast or dinner.
